This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. St. Croix County at times might be overlooked by hunters but there are some really great deer being taken in this county. Center of property is very secluded which includes the CRP type grass, pond and both sections of timber on the property. Access is from southeastern corner of the property and landowner has agreement with farmer renting the crop ground to have drivable access to the small shed pictured in the listing as shown by the blue line on the aerial. You are welcome to use the small shed for storage of your equipment but could also be used to stay in with the addition of some cots. No electricity or water at the shed but especially for weekend type trips will make for a free place to rest your head at night if you want.

Use of the storage shed is included with the lease. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay but will be limited until crops are off. At this time, no food plots as majority of open ground is already in crops and landowner wants to maintain the CRP type vegetation in any areas not in crops. Landowners would like the make and license plates of your vehicles.
